Yes! Though the finished approx. dimensions will come out slightly larger, you can use a 14ct chart for a 13 mesh project and get a similar look.

Our charts include the necessary information to complete the stitched portion of your project. This includes: the design on a 10x10 grid, approx. finished dimensions, DMC color list with quantity of skeins needed, stitch count and number of strands per stitch.

I recommend using tapestry needles.
